I've been using this app to add promo codes to my Shopify store, and I’m really happy with it! I encountered a small issue initially, but Hana from their support team was amazing—she helped me resolve it quickly and efficiently. I'm very satisfied with the app and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their store with promo codes!

Let me shout this from the rooftops: AVO's support team redefines responsiveness! When I hit a snag setting up site-wide BOGO deals, I got a live chat reply in under 5 minutes – at 2AM my time! Their genius? The synced chat/email system lets me start troubleshooting via chat and continue by email without repeating myself.

We’ve just scheduled our first Free Gift campaign using this app, and the setup process was incredibly smooth and intuitive. Everything was easy to configure, with clear options and user-friendly design. We’ll update our review once the campaign goes live and we start seeing results, but so far, it’s been a great experience!

Seemed straightforward so we signed up for the $100/mo plan for Shopify Pro. Discovered some bugs when trying to set up our first campaign, and none of the Live Support/Chat links in Shopify do anything. So, that's disappointing.

Our support team is available 24/7, but it looks like the live chat widget may not have appeared due to the browser settings. If data tracking or cookies are blocked, the chatbox might not load properly. You might want to check if any browser extensions (such as ad blockers or privacy tools) are preventing it from displaying. Regarding the reported bug, we’d love to investigate and resolve it for you. However, as the app is currently disabled, we’re unable to check the root cause.
