I’ve had such a positive experience with the support team—Audrey, Damien, and Tracy were incredibly helpful and thorough during the app setup process. ’ve been using this app for my online store, and it has been incredibly helpful in managing promotions and discounts with ease. It’s user-friendly, and setting up offers is a breeze. This app vendor is amazing. When I first tried it, I had some questions. A supporter named Emily responded to my questions so quickly; she is very patient with details and really helpful. Also, she gave me clear instructions to help me check and solve the problems. I highly recommend this app. The support is great, and the function of the APP is easy to use and test.

Customer service is great. There is a functionality issue with the cart value tiered gifting I would like to see resolved. But otherwise support was very helpful in answering questions.
