Works perfectly, progress notifications as well. Support replies instantly! Amazing for a free app. Changed rating from 5* to 3*, recently we have had a lot of problems, sometimes free gifts were being charged, sometimes the pop-up stopped working. The support have tried to fix everything and replied instantly, however the issues are too many. If you use the app by itself it may work flawlessly, if you use this app with other discount apps, it has problems.

5-Stars for customer support! (Hi Hana) They have been very helpful: quick to respond, answer my questions, and/or solve my problems. 4-Stars for the app only because I wish I could pre-schedule campaigns using products that are also scheduled, and actually activating the campaign should be more intuitive (like a button within the campaign set up). I've only just used the app for the first time, so as I play with it's features more, if there's anything to add I will do so. :)

Although there have been a few bugs, their support team have been super fast to respond and fix the issue which has solved many headaches! I have dealt with Hana both times and she has been fantastic!

Relatively easy application. Has multiple campaign options. Jasmine the Customer support answered very quickly, was very helpful, and patient. Appreciate the help so much. She also went out of her way to include a new feature to help my store out. 5/5 would recommend.
