Jasmine was great in assisting what I was looking for. While I wasn't able to get it on AOV Bundle Upsell, she referred me to BXGY and it worked perfectly! She was also able to show me some other features.
Seemed straightforward so we signed up for the $100/mo plan for Shopify Pro. Discovered some bugs when trying to set up our first campaign, and none of the Live Support/Chat links in Shopify do anything. So, that's disappointing.

Our support team is available 24/7, but it looks like the live chat widget may not have appeared due to the browser settings. If data tracking or cookies are blocked, the chatbox might not load properly. You might want to check if any browser extensions (such as ad blockers or privacy tools) are preventing it from displaying. Regarding the reported bug, we’d love to investigate and resolve it for you. However, as the app is currently disabled, we’re unable to check the root cause. The level of support I have at a moments notice from them is unheard of! If I have an issue, I get a response within 5 minutes. Also, you can either chat with them in their chat box on the app or email and they both sync! We have been using them for BOGO deals and they're the only app we found with the most options available. I would highly recommend them for their support and options! I installed and uninstalled probably 14 apps for a true BOGO site wide deal and they're the only ones who offer that!
After hours or trying to find a solution to adding a free gift to cart - we found this app and the staff were extremely helpful. We created a simple trigger > condition > action. Thank you
