This app vendor is amazing. When I first tried it, I had some questions. A supporter named Emily responded to my questions so quickly; she is very patient with details and really helpful. Also, she gave me clear instructions to help me check and solve the problems. I highly recommend this app. The support is great, and the function of the APP is easy to use and test.

So far the app does what I need it to do! Hana was very helpful with getting me all set up!

Customer service is great. There is a functionality issue with the cart value tiered gifting I would like to see resolved. But otherwise support was very helpful in answering questions.

Works perfectly, progress notifications as well. Support replies instantly! Amazing for a free app. Changed rating from 5* to 3*, recently we have had a lot of problems, sometimes free gifts were being charged, sometimes the pop-up stopped working. The support have tried to fix everything and replied instantly, however the issues are too many. If you use the app by itself it may work flawlessly, if you use this app with other discount apps, it has problems.

5-Stars for customer support! (Hi Hana) They have been very helpful: quick to respond, answer my questions, and/or solve my problems. 4-Stars for the app only because I wish I could pre-schedule campaigns using products that are also scheduled, and actually activating the campaign should be more intuitive (like a button within the campaign set up). I've only just used the app for the first time, so as I play with it's features more, if there's anything to add I will do so. :)

The service and development team Hana are outstanding, with excellent communication throughout. From day one of testing, I received significant support. She promptly addressed my concerns and delivered excellent solutions. The app continues to evolve, with regular updates and the addition of useful features. Although there have been a few bugs, their support team have been super fast to respond and fix the issue which has solved many headaches! I have dealt with Hana both times and she has been fantastic!
