Dana was a delight! quick, accurate, and very helpful! Avada has so many functions to explore, especially for eCommerce, and she made everything easy to understand.

Great support I got today from AVA. I don't remember the person's name but for a long time I kept them occupied and they solved all my queries, very quick response, and very helpful, and understanding.

I have been looking for a upsell app and surprisngly this app is FREE. I accidently clicked the shopping cart icon and it automatically connected me to Hana from customer service. She answered a few of my questions that i was a bit confused on about the app and she is extremely responsive and helpful! Id say give this a try, so far there isnt another app on the market like this that is free!

I just installed this app and created my first offer on Upsell & Cross Bundle. I had to request Emily from online support to help me. I am impressed with the knowledge and always willing to help attitude from Emily. I have interacted with her a few time in the past as well and each time I have been very satisficed, like today with the level of her cooperation and her knowledge of the software. My sincere thanks to Emily. And indeed AVADA is a great tool to work with.
