We just installed the app and we have a little issue with placing the upsell offer just below the product description, we have a quick assistance in real time with their support member named Esther, and she gave us a very kind and effective attention and now everything is working perfect.

Just installed this app and encountered some issue, but Jasmine was superb and helped me solving all the questions and problems!

I have installed and uninstalled this app several times. The images on the appstore is very appealing. However I cannot reach some of the screenshots shown there. And in some other cases, the pop-up is not shown on the page(s). Help pages are not quite well. I requested support via chat. There are two cases in there: A.They request store access and provide no response for 48 hours or B.No response at all. Overall I plan not to use it.

I appreciate the app's user-friendliness, and I've found Esther from the support team to be extremely helpful. You can bring up any questions or requests, and they're dedicated to addressing them promptly.
