Great support I got today from AVA. I don't remember the person's name but for a long time I kept them occupied and they solved all my queries, very quick response, and very helpful, and understanding.

Does not work as intended at all. the upsell is not appearing in cart page, and there is no option of upsell in product page, only appears as pop up.

It it so sad to see you go just after a few minutes! Upon my checking in our roadmap, we are currently focusing on Upsell/Cross-sell Popup. Once the feature is fully optimized for the best user experience, we will start developing Upsell/Cross Inline type. We know that the app is not for everyone. The app works great. Actually, all the AVADA apps that I've tried work well so far. Aisha did everything that I needed. Customer support was great!

I have been looking for a upsell app and surprisngly this app is FREE. I accidently clicked the shopping cart icon and it automatically connected me to Hana from customer service. She answered a few of my questions that i was a bit confused on about the app and she is extremely responsive and helpful! Id say give this a try, so far there isnt another app on the market like this that is free!
