The app is great: functional, fast, and easy to set up. But what truly stood out was the customer support, especially Tiffany. I ran into some issues with my first campaign, and Tiffany was absolutely outstanding. Kind, patient, highly competent and most importantly quick to identify and resolve the bottlenecks. I wholeheartedly recommend both AOV and, above all, their support team. Super! - Rick D.

Update: I just used their free support chat, Annie was amazing! She worked really long until she helped me figure out what the issue was and helped me fix my campaign so it works seamless. Wow! This app is amazing! I've been struggling with adding free gifts to my cart for months. My customer would add a free gift and then delete the original item and be able to get the free gift without a purchase. With this app they can't do that anymore. It took me less than 5 minutes to set up and it's working!!!! I would recommend this app to everyone!!!

I tried many deals and upsell apps, and this was by far the best! Many options to work with and the support is by far THE BEST I've ever worked with. They have spent a lot of time helping me perfect the customizations I requested with no issue. Even through the night, Dana and her team has provided extremely fast fixes for us!

So far the app is awesome. I love that you can create 2 campaigns on the Free version, as that is all I need right now. No extravagant costs for small companies. The support is also great. Thank you!

Customer support is always available 24/7 whenever I need help. I really loved my interaction with MACY, they anticipated on any question I could have haha. And the issue was resolved in a timely manner.
