I did not find them helpful. I googled it after being confused for 30 minutes and found it within 30 seconds by googling the issue.

I had an idea of what I wanted to do, but I ran into several obstacles to achieving it. The Avis customer service, and Emily in particular, was extremely helpful and patient, I talked to her for about 1.5 hours, but she managed to make my vision come true! 5 stars in every way! The app offers exceptional customization options in every respect and I think it's worth the price!
