I already used the AvisPlus app last year on another Shopify e-commerce site. Now I had the need to install it on this e-commerce too. I have to say that the app has improved further. it is very usable and intuitive, furthermore the assistance is always ready to respond and resolve your demanding specifications. Thanks Andy!

It did exactly what I needed it to do. Easy to use and when I was stuck Support Team was efficient and clear with instructions on how to fix the issue.

Unfortunately, Shopify does not offer the option to monitor stock for the "main product", only for variants. Which is a huge shortcoming in my opinion. Of course, I don't want to use any other application, but when I found out this fact, I was finally glad that I found at least that application and that the problem has at least some kind of solution. The application solves exactly what I need absolutely simply. There were a few things I needed advice on and Andy solved those problems for me right away. When dealing with such crucial matters, quick and effective communication is important to you. And that this application has. So if you are dealing with the storage of the main product and not variants, I can only recommend it for myself

5 star for technical support 1 star for pricing support. I am in development and forgot unsubscribe because product page and homepage is not ready for sale. I request a refund but not support

TLDR: great customisation and options, do not use the add fee option as you will not receive the money if customer uses PayPal checkout I have been using this app for a while, it is brilliant for easily adding customisation to my store, I have a lot of colour options and text customisation and this is perfect for adding options to listings and I will continue to use it for this. I have tried a lot of apps and this one is by far the most user friendly. I do want to highlight, as I didn't realise until yesterday mid launch, that I do not suggest using this app and adding in any increase of charge for your items. I had done this on a large number of products and discovered yesterday that whilst the additional charges pull through to the Shopify checkout if someone checks out via Paypal these additional charges are removed and the customer is not charges the extra fee but as far as they are concerned have purchased the uplift. I dare not look through my orders and see how much money I have lost because of this. Whilst I don't believe that this happens if people use Shop or Shopify checkout I am no longer willing to take the risk and have removed all uplifts from the app. If this gets fixed then I would rate this app 5 stars as it without a doubt the most user friendly, does everything customisation app I have some across. Customer support have been helpful all times that I have contacted them.

I'm disappointed to say that the claims of 24/7 support made by this app are far from accurate. On our recent launch day, we urgently needed to modify a product title, but to our dismay, the app failed to render. This issue was just one of many we encountered, which were brushed off as "minor bugs you can live with." The gap between promised 24/7 support and the actual support experience is concerning and disheartening. I urge the developers to address these issues and provide the level of service and functionality that customers rightfully expect. 13,195 Uniques got a wrong text (which is totally our fault) but our expectation were too high? You'll decide. We will be looking for an alternative!

Awesome app. Just what is needed to handle cross product variants, color swatches and lots more. It's really easy to use and implement, quick response from support really helpful. Only limitation I've accounted is that file upload is limited to images.

If you need more variants that Shopify will allow by default this is the app you need. Easy to get started, easy to update and design and if you have an issue the customer service gets the right answer to your question. My favorite part: the Advanced Options and Conditional Logic.
