I never leave reviews. EVER. I have 7 Shopify shops and have been using the platform for 10+ years. How anyone could leave anything less than a 5-Star rating for this COMPLETELY FREE app that other developers charge for is crazy to me. NEVER LEAVE A LOW RATING FOR A FREE APP!!! It is "FREE" people for goodness sakes. So what they can't get back to you INSTANTLY. So what something breaks for a day or two... IT'S FREE!!!! This Avis Product Options app has just opened up an entirely new revenue stream for 2 of my shops. I cannot believe they are so nice and graceful to offer this for nothing at the moment. I pray I stay on the free plan if they ever decide to start charging. THEY EVEN HELPED WITH MOVING MY EXTENSIVE AND LONG OPTION SETS from 1 Shop to Another so I would not have to do the work all over again! Once again, I never leave reviews. Well, I think I left one for another free app about 6 years ago. But I can't remember which one it was. Anyhow, If you're looking to extend past the 3 option limit that Shopify gives you and you need to extra abilities like conditional logic (like I am using extensively) and product add-ons and such... GET THIS APP!!!

It does exactly what I need. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional support I received. The team promptly responded to my inquiries to ensure my issues were resolved. I highly recommend this app for both its functionality and outstanding support.

right now i have tried for three days to contact support but they are always offline and never respond. I understand this app is free, but it almost has 5 stars??? i am trying to get the optional add on price, but of course they want you to contact support to get any additional "free" options. AND my product options are not showing up on my website.

The Add Charge feature needs to be activated manually since, depending on the theme, the compatibility between the app and the theme can be different, so when we activate the feature, my dev will also check and make sure that it can work smoothly with your theme. The Customer Service is NOT always available. They say 8am-6pm for live chat, but that is definitely not for any US time zones. Email help takes time, so when you have an issue with your store, the live customer support is not available and you have to stay up into the night to get a live person to help you. On 5/25/23 they upgraded a feature and it does not work at all. Again, no customer support to help, so I have to disable items from my store and stay up late so I can get this fixed. I know it's free, but you get what you pay for.

Everything about this app and support team has been great. The only downfall is that it's not compatible with express pay checkout or "buy now" options.

However, there is a thing that I would like to explain about the "Buy it now" button incompatibility. We found that the buttons are not working well with the app since we tested it with our addcharge feature in the product page, at that time, we tried to find the reason for this. We then found that it is because of the app code is not working well with this button logic, thus we suggested hiding the Dynamic button in the Product page to prevent any issue with the order price. Then, the Dynamic button can still being used in Cart page and Checkout page, which is only a step away from Product page and the customer can review the product there. At the moment, we are still working relentlessly on the buttons in Product page so the experience when using the app will be the highest and we will make notification when we can work with this button. Please rest assured that our dedicated support team is at your service, ready to assist you at every step. We are more than willing to provide the guidance and support you may require. It does exactly what we need. It's giving us the flexibility to create custom options Judy from the support team is very accommodating and quick to help out. I recommend this app!

Easy to use and customise to your liking. The service team (particularly Judy) is quick to respond and was able to understand what I asked and fix things! Amazing for a free app!
