OMG Emma and the team were awesome in helping me setup the 3 apps that worked together to bring the settings that i needed to the webpage. Not only did Emma help with the app settings but also helped with shopify settings in regards to how they interacted with the app. I recommend these apps to anyone who needs custom B2B solutions so that their customers interactions can work in a specific way. The customer service is so amazing they spend a lot of hours and back and forward emails in order to get everything right. I highly recommend these apps. The features on this app are awesome, they seem to fit in well with the features in the other apps and all work together to complete their purpose, I needed custom features for my new website and the team really worked hard to make the apps fit into my requirements, changing around shopify presets and code for me as well, etc. I was greatly helped by Emma and the technician (Nguyen Tien Hau) who communicated in an excellent manner, they understood what I needed and with minimal explanantion they fixed my issues. I tried to download other B2B apps prior to finding these and they had useless features that made using them very hard, I highly rate these B2B apps.

Joy Nguyen, Nguyen Tien Hau and Trinh Viet Anh were all fantastic with the extra functionality we needed to be added to this already excellent app. The communication with the team was clear, and fast and helped us to achieve what we needed. We needed to get the number of default addresses for each account increased from 100 as a lot of our B2B customers can have up to 500 unique shipping addresses. Support is really really fast on solving issues or providing the information. They helped us many times up to now and I am really glad to work with them. Especially, Joy and dev Dao Van Phu, Trinh Viet Anh! I used to have some issues with another b2b wholesale solution app few months ago, and the old support agent Josephine was the one who stood side by side with us. Then, a couples of issues related to restyling the form, quantity button at product page, and installing the code for some functions Quantity Increment, Order Limit, etc. appear, then the next support agent Joy Nguyen is the one that communicate with me. She is responsive and friendly. She then forward the case to the dev: Trinh Viet Anh and Dao Van Phu who quickly resolved the issues, which is caused by theme incompability. Then I had some issues with the css of Portal page. Then I contact them again and they wuickly resolve the issue also. The app works well, and I am satisfied. Congratulations BSS you have a great team with great support! Your app is good also! I will definitely contact you in the future if I need further help.

I don’t usually post reviews but with this app I felt I really needed to share our experience. Our store had a few custom requirements and the support has been very quick to respond and implement the desired fixes. I have seen that many app developers refer to excuses like “our app is not designed for this feature” but with BSS Commerce I have only seen willingness to understand and meet customer needs. Big thanks to dev Hai Pham Dinh who quickly helped me with the customization of the Order form on my Portal. And a thank you to dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc who makes sure the Custom Prices is in sync with the portal. The B2B Portal & B2B/Wholesale Solution app is great for anyone wanting to set up B2B function within their website quickly. Setting up wholesale pricing, custom online forms, hiding prices, etc… This app is an “all-in-one” app with fantastic support. I look forward to growing our business with the B2B Portal & B2B/Wholesale Solution app!

This B2B App works well on all ends and has many features that are pretty useful for a B2B Shop. We are using the custom pricing as well as the VAT exempt, tax display and everything is working fluently with the Shopify checkout. The registration process is great too, we can approve a customer, before he can buy at a discounted price with the B2B/Wholesale Solution app. And with the B2B Portal, we can create a whole new portal for the customer's neww experience. The Support agent June Nguyen and Developer Team, are simply great, too! June and her tech team - Phu Dao Van, Anh Trinh Viet and Anh Duc Tran were exceptional in customizing the App to our needs. They answered really quick and could manage all our input. Dev... did a great job in every aspect and could solve every customization that we needed (he worked overtime to help us! On the whole, this Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer! Used another B2B app before but changed to BSS, im werry pleased with them!

The strong point of this app is its flexibility which makes it suitable to cover more or less all aspects of a wholesale business. Customer service is very competent and fast. I had some difficulty setting some rules and June Nguyen together with her collghiu Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Duc Nguyen Van solved my problems immediately. Il punto forte di questa app è le sua flessibilità che rende idonea a coprire più o meno tutti gli aspetti di un business wholesale. Il servizio clienti è molto competente e veloce. Ho avuto qualche difficoltà nel settare alcune regole e June Nguyen insieme ai suoi collghiu Cuong Nguyen Quoc e Duc Nguyen Van mi hanno risolto subito i problemi.

B2B Customer Portal and B2B Wholesale Solutions are two amazing apps to consider if you want to set up special discounts and offer payment terms to wholesale clients for your Shopify store. It is a useful extension that is a lot less costly than the official Shopify Pro app for those who want to build and grow their small business at a more affordable rate. While I came into some minor bugs and some confusion while using the app, the customer support exec, Jolie Nguyen, and developer, Mai Van Quy, were quick to assist me with all issues. Mai Van Quy would work on the back-end fixing all the technical issues while Jolie Nguyen would work directly with me and on the front-end to update me with all the processes. Overall it is a great experience - I would recommend these 2 apps to anyone who is looking for an extension that would help with growing their business.

Another point worth mentioning is that the support system is well organized. Since the app function "Quick Order" did not work properly, we made an inquiry via chat, but the support staff "Joy Nguyen" was in charge of development "Hoang Van Luan", and we did not have to do much. I was surprised that the problem was solved in about a few hours. Due to the nature of Shopify, problems often occur when multiple apps are installed, so we reaffirmed that a full support system is an important factor in selecting an app.

We have been using the Apps from BSS for several months now. We have installed them on two sites, using a combination of the B2B Portal and B2B/wholesale app. Combining them together has given us a powerful way to manage our wholesale business alongside and integrated into our B2C business. It has taken a bit of tweaking and adjusting to seamlessly integrate, but it has been worth the effort. We are really happy with the results we now have (and our customers are too!). Jonas has been our main contact and support, and he has been fantastic. Behind the scenes the tech team Pham Le Minh Tri, Nguyen Minh Dang, Cuong NVM, Leorio, Vu Phi Hung, Nguyen Duc Manh have worked really hard to help us have a successful implementation. Totally recommend.

Wanted to add review as I have had such a good experience.... I needed some help installing the app and contacted the support team who were very helpful , went through everything without issue, explaining everything effectively. Even once installed everything going forward was talked through so I knew how to use the app effectively and had ensured I had no issue with questions going forward., The team are very knowledgeable and the support received is excellent. Setting up our wholesale store this app has some great functions and was easy to install. So far any issue or even little customisations have been done and solved. Super happy so far and and can't wait to finish the last bits to see the final result - update will follow if needed. Thanks as well to Jonas and the team that is in daily contact with me during the last weeks to set up everything and help me fix problems together with the technical team doing even small customisation (special thanks to Cuong NVM, Nguyen Dinh Khanh, Nguyen Minh Dang). This was a fairly easy app to install, however the team were on hand to help me with a couple of issues that I could not either work out or do myself. Jonas in the customer service team was very quick and helpful to provide guidance and also help fixing some things to my liking, and Pham Le Minh Tri was able to help with any technical stuff. We have run some tests with our new wholesale customer and everything appears to be working really well. Once properly up and running I would be able to provide more feedback and I feel reassured that Jonas and the team will be on hand should I need any more help. A great app, and the support team are available to help with any personalisation to match your shopify theme.

We are using this application to allow our business customers to place orders online for their specific products. The application has several features, at the start, it was overwhelming as it had so many features, that I didn't know where exactly to start, but after a few minutes, I was all set up. I've also dealt with their support team, specifically with Emma. I've worked with support teams of other applications, and unfortunately with those other applications, the response time was really, bad, but with Emma, I was getting fast and accurate responses. The resolution to my request was dealt with by Pham Dinh Hai, and in 1-2 days he had everything fixed! I'm more than happy with the service I've received, and how the application is working for us so far.

This app works really well and is easy to configure. Due to my theme, I needed a little extra help installing but I contacted the support team at BSS Commerce and they made the adjustments needed very quickly. We are using all 3 B2B apps provided by BSS on our website without issue and would recommend them to any store looking to add B2B functionality. The BSS Team are very knowledgeable and the support we have received is outstanding. Thanks especially to Emma and Hoa Xuan Duong who have gone above and beyond to get the set-up exactly as we required, even working the weekend when we had a rush query.
