I had a great first introduction to BSS. Emma (the support team) called me & introduced the B2B Portal system for me. After this great introduction I decided to try it. As Im not a good tech, I needed help to fully setup the system, and the whole team was very quick & easy to work with. I specially want to thank tech Minh Tri & Hoa Xuan Duong. The whole system fits our needs, and I like that the clients have easy access to B2B prices as well as our B2C clients. So we didn't need to redo everything into to collections. We have used the systems of BSS for 2 months soon, and we are very happy with the functions. It fits our needs today. Thank you again for doing everything for us - & a major thanks for redo everything when we redesigned out new theme ;)

i had a great support from emma and the technicians (Vu Phi Hung and Cuongnvm); they helped me to configure the app with the goal that i wanted to reach with the app and Emma has been every time very fast to answer me. great service and this app is perfect for a b2b shop. The tool works seamlessly which is great. The support is next level to boot. I had quite a few customization requests and Jonas and his team took them on quickly and they look and work perfectly. My requests weren't exactly simple either - such as changing functionality of check boxes on items in the order form and completely moving objects. If you are using the wholesale app and want a self-serve option for your reps/customers, this is a great add on.

I used this app in combination with B2B wholesaler solution. The support team helped us to customize the portal. The design fits perfectly with our website. I've been in touch with Emma for the last week and she's been very responsive and very helpful with my problems. B2B portal and B2B solution are very well made apps that have helped me with all my needs. Thank you Emma, Leorio and Ly Tuan Linh We are transitioning to wholesale and account member discounts only and since there's so many elements to this app, customer support is essential. Emma has been the greatest support through this transition even helping me make changes, as well as educating me on how to navigate the app. The best thing about it all is that Emma is extremely prompt with her replies through chat and as a business owner this is very important if you're going to be paying for an app.

Amazing app that helped us a lot with inquiries of our B2B customers. Speeds up the ordering process as it offers a simple product catalog (wholesaler does not have to click through the whole e-shop). The customer service is super fast and helpful (especially Jonas and Duong) - they implemented an extra button we needed within 10 minutes.
