アプリ全体では、料金プランも複数用意されていることから比較的リーズナブルに必要な機能を得ることができ、かつ内容も必要十分なものが整えられていると思います。 その他特筆すべき点としては、サポート体制がよく整えられていると感じました。 アプリの機能「Quick Order」が正常に動かなくなったため、チャットにて問合せを行いましたが、サポート担当の「Joy Nguyen」は開発担当の「Hoang Van Luan」により、我々の手をほとんど加えることなく、ものの数時間程度で問題解消したことに驚きました。 Shopifyはその性質上、アプリを複数入れると問題が発生することも少なくないため、充実したサポート体制はアプリを選定する上で重要なファクターであることを改めて再認識しました。 === The app as a whole has multiple price plans, so you can get the functions you need at a relatively reasonable price, and I think that the content is well-equipped. Another point worth mentioning is that the support system is well organized. Since the app function "Quick Order" did not work properly, we made an inquiry via chat, but the support staff "Joy Nguyen" was in charge of development "Hoang Van Luan", and we did not have to do much. I was surprised that the problem was solved in about a few hours. Due to the nature of Shopify, problems often occur when multiple apps are installed, so we reaffirmed that a full support system is an important factor in selecting an app.

Amazing good product, does much more than needed. 24/7 support, we are extremely happy with the app and the support is so helpful. We have been using the Apps from BSS for several months now. We have installed them on two sites, using a combination of the B2B Portal and B2B/wholesale app. Combining them together has given us a powerful way to manage our wholesale business alongside and integrated into our B2C business. It has taken a bit of tweaking and adjusting to seamlessly integrate, but it has been worth the effort. We are really happy with the results we now have (and our customers are too!). Jonas has been our main contact and support, and he has been fantastic. Behind the scenes the tech team Pham Le Minh Tri, Nguyen Minh Dang, Cuong NVM, Leorio, Vu Phi Hung, Nguyen Duc Manh have worked really hard to help us have a successful implementation. Totally recommend.

Wanted to add review as I have had such a good experience.... I needed some help installing the app and contacted the support team who were very helpful , went through everything without issue, explaining everything effectively. Even once installed everything going forward was talked through so I knew how to use the app effectively and had ensured I had no issue with questions going forward., The team are very knowledgeable and the support received is excellent. A big thank you to Nguyen Vu Manh Cuong, Nguyen Minh Dang and dev Vu Phi Hung ...Who gave amazing service. I WOULD definitely recommend this app to add to your Shopify as it does exactly what it says it does with no disappointment!! Great stuff

Setting up our wholesale store this app has some great functions and was easy to install. So far any issue or even little customisations have been done and solved. Super happy so far and and can't wait to finish the last bits to see the final result - update will follow if needed. Thanks as well to Jonas and the team that is in daily contact with me during the last weeks to set up everything and help me fix problems together with the technical team doing even small customisation (special thanks to Cuong NVM, Nguyen Dinh Khanh, Nguyen Minh Dang). Keep up the great customer support.

This was a fairly easy app to install, however the team were on hand to help me with a couple of issues that I could not either work out or do myself. Jonas in the customer service team was very quick and helpful to provide guidance and also help fixing some things to my liking, and Pham Le Minh Tri was able to help with any technical stuff. We have run some tests with our new wholesale customer and everything appears to be working really well. Once properly up and running I would be able to provide more feedback and I feel reassured that Jonas and the team will be on hand should I need any more help. A great app, and the support team are available to help with any personalisation to match your shopify theme.

We are using this application to allow our business customers to place orders online for their specific products. The application has several features, at the start, it was overwhelming as it had so many features, that I didn't know where exactly to start, but after a few minutes, I was all set up. I've also dealt with their support team, specifically with Emma. I've worked with support teams of other applications, and unfortunately with those other applications, the response time was really, bad, but with Emma, I was getting fast and accurate responses. The resolution to my request was dealt with by Pham Dinh Hai, and in 1-2 days he had everything fixed! I'm more than happy with the service I've received, and how the application is working for us so far.

This app works really well and is easy to configure. Due to my theme, I needed a little extra help installing but I contacted the support team at BSS Commerce and they made the adjustments needed very quickly. We are using all 3 B2B apps provided by BSS on our website without issue and would recommend them to any store looking to add B2B functionality. The BSS Team are very knowledgeable and the support we have received is outstanding. Thanks especially to Emma and Hoa Xuan Duong who have gone above and beyond to get the set-up exactly as we required, even working the weekend when we had a rush query.

The support for this app is really incredible. I spoke with Jonas Nguyen and worked with Nguyen Minh Dang on some customizations. They were very helpful. The app is pretty great. We ended up not using it yet because it was missing a feature we need (custom text box that shows on the admin order page), but Jonas assured me it's a feature they're working on adding and once it is, I'll be coming back to this app.

I would give the team 10 STARS if could!!! Wow where do I start... I have undertaken a large project migrating a trade website from Magento 1 onto shopify WITHOUT the plus plan which has been no easy task to say the least. It has required multiple complex integrations with our warehouse management software as well as turning a basic shopify store into a trade website. The team at BSS have been absolutely invaluable to the success of the website as there app is the main functionality behind the "trade" functionality. This of course has not came without obstacles which they have been amazing and i mean amazing at working with me on. There development team has worked with other third party apps that i had to use to integrate their functions with others to help me achieve the required results. They have even prioritised a global app update to solve an important requirement with shipping needs for my account customers. More often that not with Shopify apps developers, when I need something specific from them to cater for a wider need i am simply told "no go and find a new app". Not with BSS, they find solutions and make it work one way or another. I now have a fully functioning trade websites which is entirely off spec in terms of core functionality for BSS and the third apps that I use, but between hard work and dedicate, everything is integrated and working across various complex coding. If anyone is considering a move to Shopify for their trade site but don't want to pay the $2000 to do so, these guys can make it work no problem! And what's more is the service from Emma's is second to none! I am based in the UK and have had zero problems with any communication barriers, and despite the time zone challenges, She always makes sure she communicates regularly to keep my up to date even prior to job completion. I have never been more confident in a long term partnership on Shopify to date. Thank you Emma and the Dev team for all your hard work and efforts, truly remarkable! 10 Stars!

I had a great first introduction to BSS. Emma (the support team) called me & introduced the B2B Portal system for me. After this great introduction I decided to try it. As Im not a good tech, I needed help to fully setup the system, and the whole team was very quick & easy to work with. I specially want to thank tech Minh Tri & Hoa Xuan Duong. The whole system fits our needs, and I like that the clients have easy access to B2B prices as well as our B2C clients. So we didn't need to redo everything into to collections. We have used the systems of BSS for 2 months soon, and we are very happy with the functions. It fits our needs today. Thank you again for doing everything for us - & a major thanks for redo everything when we redesigned out new theme ;)

i had a great support from emma and the technicians (Vu Phi Hung and Cuongnvm); they helped me to configure the app with the goal that i wanted to reach with the app and Emma has been every time very fast to answer me. great service and this app is perfect for a b2b shop.
