took way too long to load in Shopify, sometimes it opens, sometimes it does not. but the support team is kinda helpful when I needed them to check my theme.

We encountered a few hidden lock issues initially, but the support team was very helpful and responsive. The locking feature itself works amazingly well—exactly what we were looking for. It integrates smoothly even with third-party filters and search apps.

Unhelpful and extremely rude customer service and condescending. When I said I would like a refund for the expired trial as the app didn't work for my needs, customer service responded as if I couldn't understand her. "Let me explain again". FFS. Highly recommend business owners to just use Claude or any AI models to generate solutions for your specific ecommerce B2B needs. I managed in 2 days to solve a problem I had 100%, while Sami did nothing for me.
