The Sami apps are great and the support is just as good!
I am testing this app out and needed support to be sure I the items were being locked/protected correctly. The customer service rep (Chloe) through the chat was so helpful and patient while I worked to navigate how I wanted everything set up! I cannot attest to long term use yet, but I will be starting to use it over the next month.
Efficient customer service. Resolved an issue for us in short order.
We had several issues with hiding the price. The staff were attentive and always tried to resolve our problem. Despite our many questions, they did their best to find a solution for us !
Great app and support. Haley and team helped me in fix a few things about template, texts, colors etc. Super recommended!
