Simple solution to our problem with having a very small number of wholesale-only products. This enabled us to hide the prices on one collection without too much hassle.

I found this Sami app through a shopify forum when researching on how to restrict product page to be accessible from external and only works with pass key. The support was very helpful and the development team swift on helping us doing the adjustment on the app. I hope that some of the items can be fully customized from app backend in the future.

Hides how to keep your profile free and requires you speak with someone to access all the free features. But you can do that through a quick chat and its fairly easy. Customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent help from Haley - especially when I experienced issues getting my lock to work in the way I needed it to! having the ability to lock based on customer criteria was critical for us, and this app has solved in in a smooth easy way!

I just started testing this app for my store, mainly to lock a page for B2B. After a little time getting used to the menus, I was able to set it up with the “unlock for specific customers” and "passcode" option. The app works, but I did notice a few rough edges—some of the language and grammar needed tweaking, and I wish there were more built-in style customization options. For example, adjusting icons, typefaces, or logo images directly through the interface would save time instead of relying on support. That said, customer service was excellent. Haley helped me out quickly, adding custom code on their end to match the styling with my store’s branding. She was very responsive, and the issue was resolved smoothly.

It's easy to set up, and the locking rules work well for hiding specific pages and pricing from retail customers. Support is responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. Highly recommended for stores with both B2C and B2B needs!

They were quick to help. And they were very helpful. App works well - only issue I had was that I couldn't change the lock icon. They helped guide me into changing the icon with easy css.

I haven't used the app "live" yet, but my experience with the set up has been pretty great: Customer support is friendly and can do a lot of customization for you! The reason I didn't give full stars is that I feel it is excessive to need customer support's help for even some simple customizations like removing the lock image or the "powered by" footer, etc. It would be great if simple things like that can be done without needing customer support. Otherwise, so far despite some problems in the app's default set-up, the customer service was able to fix things for me so great app!
