I wanted to limit a few products to a subset of customers, this app lets me do that. Works perfectly! Well done!!

The app works great, but honestly, the customer service is the BEST. Haley helped me out yesterday and today to get everything set up exactly how I wanted. When I first messaged them, the reply was so fast I legit thought I was talking to an AI, but it wasn't! She was so patient and guided me through every step until it was fixed. Now I see why this app has such high ratings!

Deuxième application de Sami que j'utilise (j'utilise aussi Wholesale) et, après l'installation je n'arrivais pas à l'utiliser. Après 30 secondes de discussion, leur représentante Joanna a réussi à trouver mon erreur. J'avais eu une expérience semblable avec la première application, ils avaient réglé un bug la journée même. Excellent service à la clientèle!

We reached out to support during a holiday, as we were confused about some lock settings. They had an away message up, as nobody was working. Despite this, we received a startlingly prompt response followed by thorough help with the lock we were struggling with! Our issue was understood and resolved quicktime, with little to no back-and-forth or effort on our part. Thanks again, team!
