The issue was successfully resolved. The support team guided me through the process and helped resolve everything until the end. At first, I was a bit unsure since the support was via chat, but the issue was handled properly and resolved smoothly. Thank you very much for the great support.

Customer service is EXCELLENT! They are so easy to communicate with via chat, and they even sent loom video to help with troubleshooting!

The support was excellent. I had to have help during the setup process and Haley was Awesome. She was super friendly ,communitive and very patient the whole time. She assured I had all questions answered and stay online until I was able to test everything to make sure it was working correctly. Kudos to you Haley!!!

The locks barely ever work out of the box. There is always some component that doesn't work correctly, so customers can find ways around the locks. When you contact customer support, they will first not believe you and act annoyed, give snarky answers, and be rude. Stay away if you can.

Super simple integration, the customer service is amazing. Haley was quick and efficient in helping me understand the problem I was having. The features are limited for the free plan, the feature I was hoping to use (locking a specific collection for wholesale) is part of the paid plan which I personally don't need right now, but I would certainly consider it in the future. Thank you Hayley!
