The support was excellent. I had to have help during the setup process and Haley was Awesome. She was super friendly ,communitive and very patient the whole time. She assured I had all questions answered and stay online until I was able to test everything to make sure it was working correctly. Kudos to you Haley!!!

The locks barely ever work out of the box. There is always some component that doesn't work correctly, so customers can find ways around the locks. When you contact customer support, they will first not believe you and act annoyed, give snarky answers, and be rude. Stay away if you can.
