Sami Wholesale Lock has been a game-changer for our Shopify store. We needed a simple, reliable way to hide certain products and pricing from customers while giving exclusive access to our member clients — and this app delivers exactly that. The interface is user-friendly, and setup was surprisingly fast. We were able to create locked collections and restrict visibility based on customer tags without needing to write any custom code. It integrates seamlessly with our theme, and the locks work perfectly across both desktop and mobile. What really sets Sami apart is their support team — they’re incredibly responsive and helpful. When we had a small issue with our theme, their team jumped in and resolved it within hours.

I wanted to like SamiB2B, but unfortunately was told my requirements were "impossible". I wanted to lock a community page, and have access by paying customers - who have a tag on their customer account. I contacted them for support. They only responded when I jumped on chat the next day. They seemed confused when I queried why it was impossible as surely for security, limiting access to specific customers is usual. They responded with the app is "basic". I need better guarantees than this, so looking elsewhere. Disappointing :/

I needed to add a lock to the VIP section of my site, and this app worked perfectly. The support team also helped me replace the default lock image and did so very quickly. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service as it’s rare to find that kind of responsiveness these days.

I can’t explain why Sami offers these exceptional features, as compared to other apps that typically charge between $30 and $40 per month for comparable functionalities. As an online all-natural fragrance company that operates both D2C and B2B, we typically process between 20 to 70 orders per day for clients and customers with varying pricing and shipping rates. We aspire to have our inventory management consolidated across a single platform, irrespective of whether the order is a wholesale transaction, a direct-to-consumer sale, or a private label client. Haley and the rest of the team were very fast in responding to my issues. I like the app and it has all the basic features needed for me. I would like it if there is a little more filteration options for different things for example locking prices in general, but allowing a few to appear on the home page where visitors can get an idea of the prices. It would also be nice if the forms had more visually pleasing fields that I can choose from by default. They do have some options, but having more would be nice.
