They quickly responded to our questions and got thing up and running fast. It would be nice if the tool had a few of these options within the settings, but it wasn't much of an issue to deal with support.

Quick Service, Wonderful Company, Team, App and Service. They do all the things they say they can do, they will help you to the best of their abilities and will let you know if something is not feasible.
