I installed the app and had a minor issue. I reached out to the support team and even though they were away on a business trip, they still worked on my issue. They were efficient and communicated throughout the whole process. They fixed everything, and I asked for one more thing and they fixed that too. The app worked as expected and the support and customer service were excellent. Thanks for everything.

I LOVE this app, it is perfect for wholesale shops or if you want to lock down any information from customers. the customer service is the best I have recieved from any apps, it is immediate and thorough. Even though I am only on the free version, this is worth a look at, definitely, highly recommend

They were quick to help. And they were very helpful. App works well - only issue I had was that I couldn't change the lock icon. They helped guide me into changing the icon with easy css.

We use this app to set a passcode on our product pages when we sell to specific buyers. It's very easy to set up and unlock quickly. It's a very easy to use app and we highly recommend it to everyone.

This app is great not only for B2B, but also for B2C like me, because it allows me to create even more unique experiences for my customers. For example, I can easily offer exclusive early access to new product launches to select customers only, without having to shut down the entire site. And much more, including a great support team that responds quickly and helps me fine-tune some details to my needs.

The Sami B2B Lock, Password Protect app is a very nice add-on for Shopify users. Shopify lacks such an important feature where if you have some products on pre-order, you don't want the public access to them before the pre-order date but perhaps a certain customer group such as VIP members. The Sami B2B Lock, Password Protect app is the great solution to this and perfectly works for my application. While there is one item I wish they could address would be to allow the locked product's placeholder to be clickable for the user to access the locked page. But as a workaround, I'll include the link to the protected product in an e-mail and share the password to the customer group. Haley from Samita is awesome! She went above and beyond to customize the app to match my theme's fonts and colors and replaced the standard lock image, with one that matches my products. Also when the Sami B2B Lock changed the interface, it had a bug but Haley quickly reached out to her developer to fix it. Many thanks to Haley and cheers to the Samita support and development teams! Shopify's awful AI could use more humans on their Support Team especially needing more talent like Haley! Thank you again!

Here from passwordify and that apps code was stuck in my theme so i got a new theme, found sami b2b and at first, but I gave the collaborator code and it works perfectly, now. They were responsive and helpful.
