I recently worked with Samita B2B Lock and had the pleasure of receiving help from Haley regarding some product visibility issues on the search bar. I needed assistance with hiding certain products, and Haley not only provided a solution but also applied it herself, making the process effortless for me. Her communication was clear, friendly, and very responsive, and she made sure everything was set up quickly and correctly. I truly appreciated her professionalism and quick support. Thanks to Haley, my issues were resolved swiftly, and I’m very satisfied with the service!

Initially had an issue getting the app to work on our theme. Reach out to customer support and they went above an beyond! Got the problem fixed in no time and now love using the app! Recommended for sure!

Fantastic app, very easy to use and functional. Customer service was exceptional and helped me to iron out some small issues. Highly recommend and I don't see why we won't be using this app for some time.

I ran into a few small issues after installing but the Sami support team was able to help me through them right away :) Update on Feb 20th 2026, still amazing support for this app! I had a small issue that they fixed quickly

AMAZING!! The team at Sami B2B Lock have the best service - get a response back within minutes usually even if it's not their working hours but at least to say that they have got my message. Our use case was a little different as it's for our Cryptic Case Files game and not something to hide pricing, however, their level of service provided to say they don't charge is amazing and these guys deserve all the support they can get. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you to Hayley and David!

Super simple to set up the password on the collections and Haley on the team was great in sorting out some style changes on the password box for me!

I have been using this app for creating locks for my team online shops (created as specific collections). It's basic and it does exactly what it says. Support is very responsive and I am pleased with experience so far. Recommended!

Used this app to hide specific products from our catalogue which we need for internal use, however don't want our customers to see. Customer service is friendly and respond very quickly.
