The app works great, easily does what it is supposed to. I wish it had more customer capabilities to edit the overall look but the customer service is so great that they make every effort to give you the look you want. The time difference adds a bit of a challenge for edits but again, the customer service goes over and beyond to help that I cannot complain. Highly recommend this lock app over others and I have tried 5 or more.

The customer service team's turnaround time is super fast. They are straight to the point and super helpful as well! App is straightforward and documentations are really helpful too - you really see the same and steps are on point, no wandering around. We also needed some help and they were ready to help look into the code to help us achieve what we needed and wanted. Recommended!

Haven't used the app yet extensively but the support team is very helpful and respond fast to questions and requests! I'm looking forward to using the app more extensively for my shop.

In no time, the customer service team reached out to make sure my onboarding was smooth and effortless. They were incredibly nice and responsive, answering all my questions and guiding me through the process. This has been one of the easiest apps I’ve ever installed, and the support made it even better.

This app is just amazing, for me is 5 stars without any doubt. Super easy to use, you have everything you need, you can contact them to personalize everything with css and they answer and work super fast. Highly recommended

Great Support! I recently reached out to support for help with a couple of issues, and I was very impressed. Haley and the team were prompt and knowledgeable, quickly resolving a previous issue.
