I cannot recommend Sami B2B Lock enough, and a huge special mention goes to Haley, who has genuinely delivered one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had on Shopify. Haley and the development team went above and beyond in every single way. We needed a fully customised, password-protected landing page for our exclusive Black Friday VIP sale (something extremely specific, detailed, and time-sensitive) and they absolutely nailed it. From custom layouts to pixel-perfect edits (even down to the tiniest font-size adjustments!), the developers were phenomenal. Every request was met with care, precision, and unbelievable turnaround times. It genuinely felt like a personalised, white-glove service from start to finish. The final result is exactly what we envisioned, beautifully designed, seamless, and perfectly aligned with our brand. I am so, so, so grateful for the support, patience, and dedication that Haley showed throughout the entire process. If you're considering Sami B2B Lock, do it. Truly a 5-star experience across the board, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
