Enter your password to purchase Great app. It's exactly what I needed, easy to use, simple, and intuitive, there's the option to customize with code. EXCEPTIONAL Customer Support from Haley! This app does exactly what I hoped it would do and it's Free. I contacted customer support to remove the watermark and change the graphic on the lock message users will receive. Customer support was so kind and took care of it, no problem. I'm very impressed.

I recently attempted to use Sami B2B Lock,Password Protect, a Shopify app that promised to enhance my store's functionality. However, my experience with this app was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very outset, I encountered a glaring issue that rendered the app practically unusable. Upon trying to proceed past the initial setup, I repeatedly encountered a glitch with the captcha feature. No matter how many times I attempted to solve it, even after clearing my cookies and diligently following troubleshooting steps, the captcha remained broken. This frustrating obstacle prevented me from progressing any further within the app. Hoping to resolve this issue, I reached out to the app's customer support team for assistance. To my dismay, while they acknowledged receiving my messages, they never bothered to provide any meaningful support or solutions. It felt like I was communicating with a brick wall – my concerns were simply being read and promptly ignored. This combination of a malfunctioning feature and abysmal customer support made for the worst app experience I've ever encountered on Shopify. Not only did Sami B2B Lock,Password Protect fail to deliver on its promises, but it also wasted my time and left me utterly frustrated. I strongly advise against using this app until its developers address these critical issues and improve their customer support practices. In conclusion, my experience with Sami B2B Lock,Password Protect was nothing short of a disaster. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this app until it undergoes significant improvements.
