So far so good. I've just installed the app and it's working as expected so far. I had some problems with the set up which meant I needed to reach out for help- one self inflicted problem, and the other (removing Sami branding) appears to require some support to remove which seems a bit unnecessary. In any case the support was quick and solved the issue so i'm happy.
The team was prompt in looking into my issue and fixing it for me! It was important to me to be able to restrict it to users that had a certain email domain. During the time it wasn't working, I dug around for similar apps, so I know there aren't many that do this... I would say, it would be awesome if we could tick a box to say 'allow blocked user to create account'. Every site I add it to I make /account and /account/register an exception but I think it might still be glitchy this way.
I needed a free app that would hide a particular product from my website, but remain active only for those who receive the link to it. At first I was concerned that the app wasn't going to work the way I needed it to when I tried to activate it myself, but their support was extremely helpful in getting it to work. So far so good I will see if I run into any issues
So far, great app. It allows us to separate our retail from our wholesale. Customer service is quick to respond and assist when needed. Didn't have to wait for acknowledgment. Received prompt assistance.
This app was exactly what we needed for the shop, and customer service was awesome and fast. App was also easy to install and set up configs. Highly recommend!
The application work but since i installed i have a problem with the images of my products and the sav not respond to my email.

Couldn't get it to work and somewhat confusing. Used the help chat facility and despite my message showing read I got no reply. Uninstalled and reverted to my previous lock app.
