Setting up the Sami B2B Lock app was very straightforward and user-friendly. The only challenge we’ve faced is that our store runs on the new Horizon theme, which it seems the app doesn’t fully support yet. That said, the customer service has been outstanding - Haley in particular has been amazing to work with. She consistently resolves our issues, follows up to ensure everything is running smoothly, and encourages us to reach out anytime. Overall, I highly recommend this app. It’s both affordable and incredibly helpful for managing B2B access.

I installed the Sami app and I’m very happy so far. The assistance was fast and extremely helpful, making the setup process smooth and easy. It works perfectly in 4 languages, even though my theme is highly customized. Everything integrated without any issues, and the support team was quick and professional. A great experience overall!

It took a while for me to get it working how I wanted it to work, but Haley was so consistent, patient and helpful in seeing it through. If it wasn’t for her specifically, I would’ve uninstalled the app and looked elsewhere. I’m completely happy with how everything turned out. Great customer service.

This is a great app! My goal was to password protect specific products, but I didn't realize it could be so easy! The app's Japanese is also easy to understand and use. As a customer, I really appreciate that I can try it out with the free plan! When I had a question, I was very grateful for the quick support I received via chat! Thank you, Haley and your team!

Great customer service on this app! Lyla was quick to respond and resolved the questions/issues I had very quickly. The free plan allows one lock and is perfect for my needs at this time. I will definitely consider the paid version when I need additional locks in the future. Thanks Lyla!

The Sami B2B Lock app has been excellent for managing our wholesale pricing. It allows us to hide prices entirely and make them visible only to our approved B2B clients. On top of that, we can control the “Add to Cart” button, so only our selected B2B clients can purchase items. Setup was straightforward, and it integrates smoothly with our Shopify store. Support has been hands-on and very reactive, which has been a real help.

I honestly felt like giving up before I'd even really started. Setting up the lock system was very overwhelming for me, as it was so different from what I’m used to and I’m not a very technical person. Once I contacted support I spoke to Haley and when she realised this, she took a very kind and gentle approach, breaking things down into simple steps and explaining everything in a way that made sense to me. This really helped ease my overwhelm. She made the whole process so much easier to manage and resolved all of my issues efficiently and smoothly. I truly appreciated her patience, support, and clear communication, it made such a big difference for me! Now I can actually understand the app and see the potential it has and am excited to integrate it into my store! Honestly, if it weren't for Haleys help with the Lock system I probably would have uninstalled the app and tried something else! so thank you again Haley :)
