We just needed a pre-order app for a single product to test out, setup was 5-10mins, and we had help from the team within 5 mins of raising a request to help get the purchase button showing correctly in our theme. Professional and straight forward - and based on how well it works for managing pre-orders we're likely to use it for other products. Anyway - installation process and help were excellent. Bodes well.

Great app, sometimes they would put unnecessary tag on orders that are actually not pre-orders, and our fulfilment team gets confused, but overall it works great, very reliable.

The initial set up took some adjustment since we run a multi language store and we waned everything to be translated properly. The developer was willing to listen and managed to do everything we requested and even more. So now the app is doing everything what is says and the b onus: we did choose it for customers paying a deposit for a pre order. Back in stock notifications are included in this app so we actually could drop an app we were using for just only that. And actually it is better than our previous app: much better layout for the back in stock email notifications and sending a reminder as well. So overall there is nothing wrong with the app and the upport could not be better,

Great app for handling preorders in a clean and professional way. It does what it promises without overcomplicating things. Great to manage out-of-stock products and upcoming releases.

Intuitive, easy to use with tutorials and the assistant chat feature, support team through chat was totally able to fix little bugs and hiccups live through the support / chat tool! Excited to see how these first pre-orders go! Will update review soon but right now this app does everything I need it to and more! Thanks!

Supports multiple markets and inventory locations. Support is fast, and helpful. Great value and quality, highly recommend it.
