Needed to change locations of the tab on my website and messaged customer service. They were quick to reply and had great suggestions to apply to my website as well. It took less than 2 min to make the changes. Very happy with how they handled my needs so quickly.

Best support ever! Nagaraj at Stoq went above and beyond, spending hours to resolve a minor issue and helping me achieve the perfect layout I had in mind. I highly recommend this app, not only for its functionality but for the exceptional support that comes with it.
This app his increased my conversion rate big time! I didn't realize how many orders I was missing out on by having items out of stock. Plus, when I get new inventory, the notifications go out immediately and people start buying! I had a small issue and tech support fixed it immediately via the live chat.
Wonderful app!! I'm using it to make sure to collect my potential customers and not missing a single sale, on top I have added the pre-order feature. The support has been incredible and fast to setup the button perfectly on my store.

Their customer service team is brilliant and very fast working. Shashi fixed my problem in 10 minutes and it looks great. I'm incredibly happy with the result, time it took, and customer service.

One of the best support teams I've ever encountered. Seem like they have a team online 24x7 and always ready to assist or fix whatever is needed. The app itself is clean and working perfectly for our use case of pre-orders so far.
Stoq has multiple features and my favourite is the customer service. They are aways quick to respond and very helpful. Shashi is always a great help.

I havent used it much, But the help center is very helpful and made some amendments very quickly to my page, helping me launch my pre-order on time!
