I havent used it much, But the help center is very helpful and made some amendments very quickly to my page, helping me launch my pre-order on time!

This pre-order app works seamlessly and offers excellent customization options. The customer service is outstanding—helpful, attentive, and quick to respond. I was especially impressed when one of the app's founders personally worked on expanding one of their features due to my business need. Best preorder app I've found!
