As a store with over 30k unique products, keeping up with manually notifying costumers waiting for refills was becoming a real timesuck. This app does the job automatically when we adjust inventory up from 0, which gives us our time back. It was supereasy to install and Kartik is quick to reply whenever we have questions. It does what it says, and it does it well. I installed it and got it running with no problem with my theme and no impact on site speed. The buttons created by the app were just a little different from my theme. I asked the developer if there was anything they could do to make them perfect. They made the changes in less than 12 hours. I could not be happier. Of all your choices for back in stock alerts, this is the best app by far.

Very good app. The UI looks amazing and the setup is great. Had some issues with the app at the beginning, but support were extremely helpful and we solved the issues within a few days. It would have been sooner if we weren't in different time zones.

Easy to instal and works very well. I had a slight issue where the button overlapped with the sold-out indicator - I contacted the guys and they fixed it overnight. We have already received sales that we would have missed out on.

greate app and an awesome service. Due to some legal issues I had to deinstall it in the past but now they fixed all and its now DSGVO conform! together with the Wishlist app it's a perfect combination

Great app for letting customers know when items are back in stock. Very user friendly too! And customer service very quick and knowledgeable.

It was super easy too install and use the app. It also looks bug free. Lastly, there are no performance issues of the theme caused by adding the app.

UPDATE Nov 2024: Just had to reach out for a minor issue with my site and support fixed it in 2 min. Everything I initally wrote in my review stands. Great plugin and great people behind it! Original Review: What's not to love? This app functions great out of the box with very minimal setup. Extremely helpful and communicative dev if any issue were to arise. Some things I love: - Reduced customer service queries about when things are coming back in stock - Easy to modify email and sms templates. The defaults are great, but if you want to change them it's no big deal to do so. - Backend data that lets you see your most wanted items. This is huge for a store that makes their own items, and gets rid of some of the "what if" when working on restock levels. - Does what it says. The emails go out promptly, and you can see if any sales are attributed to the email on the backend. Love it.
