They are a small team of 3 working full time on building Shopify apps & supporting merchants. The live chat support was fantastic. They respond quickly and had no problem resolving issues I had with customizing the button and pop up to match my theme.

Love the app so far! We are still on trial but will definitely be signing up. The app works so well with shopify which I guess is why they have the 'built for shopify' badge! But it is so easy to use. We had a diff app before and so far just using the trial version it is by far & away so much better! And the support we have got is so quick and responsive. Very happy!

Working great so far! Quite cheap compared to other apps as well, and really well built. My website is built with Gempages, but this integrated without a problem (unlike many other apps).

Fantastic app as well as support team! We love the ability to send email alerts to customers when the products they love come back in stock. It's such a basic yet crucial feature in our store. While we're new to the app, we do believe it will be well worth the price by being able to convert browsers into buyers over time.
