Love this app. We were sending restock alerts manually previously, and now it is automatic and I love it. The app is very easy to use and everything is easy to customize. I would like a little more freedom with (non-coding) customization of the notification email, but I really can't complain because it looks great. Best of all, for a small business, I love that this app is free for a small number of emails per month. Great solution for my business!

I tested several back in stock apps and this is the one I liked the most. At first I had a problem with editing the email template, but Kartik was really helpful and fixed it super quickly. :)
Great service. I stuffed up something in the setup, started a chat and Kartik had it fixed in a couple of minutes. Thank you!
Said to start chat for an instant reply. This didn't happen. Can't read the input fields as they are white text. Difficult to setup as requires quite a lot of optimisation. Also, I changed the email address from which customers would receive the emails (attempted several times), it said I would need to verify my email address and nothing arrived (even in spam). I do not recommend!

I'm 1 person working full time on the app. Unfortunately, I had to step away for a bit to take my dog to the vet. That's why I couldn't answer right away. My bad. i've tried most of the back in stock app in shopify app store. restock rocket is what i most recommended. The UI is clean and fit any website. It's functions are what u might get on all other similar apps. And it's cheap. great app, great support.

This app has really helped us to catch the sales that we were missing out on due to out of stock products. Setup was easy and their support helped us to make the button look perfect on our site. Highly recommeded!
so far this app is great. I am only using this one over the other options because they are reasonably priced. I love that they have a feature where I can see what items customers are waiting for so I can prioritize ordering items that people are waiting on. This app would be even better if it also worked when there is say 3 in stock of an item but the customer attempts to add 4 or more to their cart.
Great service, great product. Love customization, to fit my needs. The proof is yet to be seen as my site is not live yet but we’ll see.
I love this app! I use the free plan and it gives me so many options, I can finally keep my costumers close even when the product they liked it's not available. I tried another app in the past but it didn't have so many options. Also, the support is very kind and ready to help anytime. Thank you so much!
