Very easy and CS team is friendly! Only thing is I would love if they could allow us to customise it ourselves rather than having to keep going back to their team to ask! Other than that it is a very useful app, straightforward and easy to use and install.

we've had a few small glitches w the app but the team have been great about quick responses and have fixed everything. I'm not super tech savvy but I can find my way around and make changes as needed. So far this app is doing what we need - creating custom presales for specific products that are not in stock yet.

Probably the best app available for its purpose. Easy integration and setup, and the customer support has been top notch and very prompt in fixing the usual issues that pop up with Shopify apps. Why 4 Stars? 1) Could improve on the visual customization options.

Very helpful customer service and pretty easy to understand and use. The one negative point I have as of now, is that you can not fully customize the pre-order confirmation emails, which they hopefully will add soon.
