Great app even for a smaller business. Has enabled me to keep track of pre orders and the support staff is always amazing and super fast to fix any problems over chat. Im currently on the free plan as not really large enough to need all the features of the other plans yet but i wont hesitate when i get to that point

First off, the customer support has been fantastic! I’m not very tech-savvy, so I reached out with a question. Sneha from the support team responded quickly and guided me through some simple steps. What I thought was a bug turned out to be my own misunderstanding, and she helped me clear it up with ease. I’m really enjoying the app so far, and as a small business owner, I can already see how much time it’s going to save me.

I was looking for a Shopify app that could handle both pre-orders and “notify when available,” and I found exactly what I needed with STOQ. The setup was fairly easy. I did have a minor issue with how the button appeared on my product page, so I reached out to support. Kasi responded quickly and helped me right away – he fixed the issue within minutes and it was a very smooth experience. Great service and experience so far!
