I was creating my first pre-order and I got stuck. The Pre-Order button wasn't showing up. Hassan quickly came to my rescue and fixed the issue! Sweet, kind, courteous, prompt and professional. I think I found my pre-order that I will use going forward...

This app is amazing! And I installed and tested maybe five or six different back in stock apps. This one is by far the easiest to set up and use. And it also has a pre-order feature as well. The "Notify Me When Back in Stock" button was not in the place I wanted, so I chatted with the app team and within minutes they fixed two things I wanted. They placed the Notify Me button under the variants and not to the side. Easier to see. I am so impressed. Thank you Stoq for excellent service and an outstanding product.

I set this up for pre-orders and am working to automate some of my processes in sync with my email provider. I was stuck so I sent a message to chat. In less than 15 minutes, Hassan provided me with assistance and the exact answer I needed to set things up for my customers. Stoq will help me maintain momentum in my business. And so far, I am only using the free plan. I anticipate upgrading when I hit the 10 preorders/month threshold.

We had notice that our previous back in stock app was being shut down. It's always a pain when you have to find a new app, set it up, figure it out and change over. Especially when you're really busy! But not this time!! I found Stoq and set it up in minutes. All quite self-explanatory and an easy to use UI - however I contacted Hassan in support for some setup help and he went above and beyond to not only move the button position but also match my theme styling and answer my questions. Now we have a much better back in stock notification system that is more flexible, works better and easier to manage, oh and I can get it integrated with Klaviyo which is even better. But on top of that we have unlocked Pre Orders which is really useful not just for pre-orders but for special order items that we have which have a slightly longer lead time. Both functions are flexible, easy to use and I think we'll easily generate more sales than the app costs making it a no brainer. Thanks Stoq and thanks Hassan!

My first day using this app and it has been great. Many option available and very flexible. Have been using similar apps in the past few months and none had a better experience than this one.
