So far so good - seems to be working well. I had an issue, used the chat facility and spoke with Khutheja who was amazing. Sorted out the issue.

Although I have just installed the app, it seems very staright forward and the help I received to customize my button look, colours and spacing was immediate though the chat icon for the Stoq app that appears in Shopify when you are customizing the app. Shout out to Hassan who was extremely helpful and make my changes instantly. It's refreshing to have instant help!

The Stoq app is extremely easy to navigate, but even in the midst of questions, their support team is stellar as well! Anaam was particularly helpful to my team setting up preorder logic with Stoq, and I feel 100% confident recommending this app and their team to assist with anything preorder-related.

We have just started using it, and the customer support has been exceptional. No report yet on functionality, but in testing it seems to do the job. Will update if need be, but for now, everything seems great.

Excellent app - I was able to get up and running with pre-orders super quickly. I ran into a couple minor styling issues (conflict with my theme) but after a bit of troubleshooting, I sent a message to support through the live chat and Nagaraj got me instantly sorted. I really appreciate this level of support!
