I was having trouble with the Preorder button and Shashi was able to assist right away. It took a few moments and the button for customers to pre-order was up and running!

The initial install and set up of STOQ is very simple, and have loved the app! I switched themes on my website and ran into some issues, but support was very quick to reply and was able to get it straightened out! Happy to have this support and quick turn around even on the free tier :)
