I had a fantastic onboarding experience with the Stoq team. The onboarding call was so helpful (I even had a second one as there were additional topics I wanted to cover), and I was then able to follow up with specific questions using the 24/7 chat functionality. They were incredibly fast to respond, which was fantastic. The tool is incredibly intuitive and easy to use!

This app works so well, with no glitches or issues. The team is always willing to help me and do it with joy. I never feel as if I am annoying them, no matter how many times I reach out to them. Whenever I need an app, I look to see if they have created it because the customer service is just phenomenal and I know the app is going to work as intended. I love that the apps are singular focused as well. They don't design them to do a million different things. I'm very happy.

We had a big product launch coming up and needed a way to seamlessly enable preorders when we sold out. The app worked perfectly, it was easy to set up, and everything functioned exactly as advertised. What really stood out was the excellent customer support. We had a few questions and tweaks (including customizing the button style and adding preorder functionality to our homepage), and the support team was absolutely phenomenal. Fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. As a small business owner, I can’t recommend this app enough. I had issues when setting up the app at first because I wanted the notify me button to be positioned a certain way, thankfully Nagaraj was able to help me not once, but on two of my websites at the same time! Great customer service.
