I'm getting ready to launch my store and wanted to have the preorder option enabled. I reached out to the team and Shashi spent time to make sure it was set up exactly how I wanted it. Amazing customer service and I'm excited to go live with the site!

Very happy with the app, it is fully featured and very easy to work with. Support was also fantastic. They quickly customised the Notification buttons also also helped with how to change native button text in Shopify. Highly recommended.

Customer service was excellent in helping me navigate my unique setup between my website, Shopify, and Stoq. After receiving help from Vishu in customer service, my path forward was clear for how to modify my setup so we can receive pre-orders for out upcoming album release.

Great app. Used it for preorders and back in stock reminders. Had some bumps along the way setting it up but support responded instantly every time and followed up on the requests. Great service.

So far so good! The customer service team is excellent. Sneha was so helpful and patient, going above and beyond to make sure i'm satisfied and the site looks amazing. Excellent service, value and product/app. A+ I'm definitely inspired to carry this same excellence with my own brand, because good customer service/kindness does wonders! I just downloaded the free tier and got a customer service rep to solve my installation problem in about 10 minutes. What a life saver! Can't thank them enough for such good customer service.
