I have used this app for my store for over a year. The customer service is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond. I love the features, everything I needed in a pre-order/ back in stock app + more.

The app has a great free tier to experience the app's configuration steps and preview. If any issues do arise, they have a team ready to provide support. I was very impressed by their turnaround time on questions and concerns, and would recommend them for businesses looking for this kind of app.
