Great app. Easy to set up and works well. Customer Service (Nagaraj) was able to quickly resolve a theme compatibility issue.

The team is incredibly friendly and responds to messages within minutes. Hassan was especially helpful and informative in answering my questions. The app itself is very easy to use, and the tutorial provided when you first download it gives a clear, step-by-step walkthrough of each feature.

I have been on chat with Sneha all morning and it has been the most helpful & patient customer service chat I have experienced! She assisted with all of my issues - and even stayed on chat whilst I had to step away from the laptop for a short while. She also knows her way around shopify which is a huge help! Really happy with how my waitlist now looks for my new product!

このアプリの評価が高い理由が、少し利用しただけで理解できました。日本語で利用できるのも、とてもありがたい。 初期設定時にチャットでサポートしてもらいましたが、レスポンスが早すぎて驚きました。 別の有料アプリを利用していましただ、こちらのアプリに乗り換えよう思います。
