Great app. Everything works very well. Set-up is super easy and intuitive. Our customers really like the "notify me when available" feature and it has been very helpful for us to get an overview of the demand for any out-of-stock items. 100% recommend this app

Works as described with great features, Had some initial issues getting it perfect, got a agent (Hassan) to help instantly who remotely fixed things and make tweaks I asked for too. Great customer service

Preorder, Back In Stock – STOQ has been a huge help for our store. It lets us capture sales even when products are temporarily out of stock, keeping customers engaged and preventing lost revenue. The app is easy to use and works exactly as promised. A special thank you to Shashi — he was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. His support made the entire setup process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this app and their amazing support team!

I started using Stoq because I needed an efficient way to host preorder items on my webshop. Their customer technical assistants, Sneha and Shashi, were incredibly helpful in resolving the issues I encountered and walking me through the features that needed to be activated. I’m especially grateful to both of them for saving me hours of manual CSS editing had I attempted to fix everything on my own. I’m still on the free trial, but I’m already considering this app for long-term use. I highly recommend this app, primarily for its prompt and thorough customer support, which consistently went beyond what the app initially promised. I requested seamless integration of the app’s pop-ups and buttons with my webshop’s branding and existing theme, and Shashi addressed all (truly many) of my requests with patience and precision. I look forward to growing my business with the help of this app. Shoutout to Sneha & Shashi for all the help! Thanks so much you both!

This has to be the best customer support and service getting this app integrated! We've now added it to our website: www.simdemon.com and it's working a treat! Downloaded this app as i needed to set up a pre order item and it has been such a quick process. I did have issues with the theme of my shopify and the button not saying pre order but Hassan quickly assisted and got it all sorted out for me within a couple mins. Love my experience so far!

LOVE this app! Does everything we need and more for restock alerts! To top if off they have an amazing support team that always helps us right away! They've helped us tremendously in making the app fit our theme and branding :) 10/10 recommend
