Works very well. Some settings are not so intuitive, but staff are seem to be always on hand o help, and are exceptionally helpful. Highly recommended.

This review is regarding the Customer Support associate Khuteja who supported me with 3 different aspects for the Preorders function (products wouldn't add, the translations section wouldn't reflect the preorder group, preorders disclaimer wouldn't pull delivery estimate date as per settings). Shashi was an absolute dream to deal with — incredibly helpful, friendly, and so quick to resolve my issue. I had some confusion around how preorder and back-in-stock alerts were displaying on our product page, and Shashi jumped in immediately with clear explanations and a fix within minutes. This app works exactly as I need it to for my online store. Setup is simple, and even the free version works perfectly. I needed to contact support to make some adjustments, and they responded very quickly, solving the problem I was having. Thank you!
