There's some backend code that needs to be dealt with on their side and within minutes I got help and issues get solved quick. Highly recommend and good value - compared with other companies i researched.

customer service was excellent! usually I hate asking for help cause I am usually met with a ai bot but I had a person who went above and beyond even made it easier by doing for me! she even did code to take out something that was bothering me on the website

The preorder button was showing up on my product page, so I sent customer service a ping. Khutheja was quick to respond and quickly solved the issue within minutes! I'm not a tech person, so I really appreciated her help!

Had a great experience with this app setting up a preorder for my store. This app was the second i chose but after slow help from the store i switched to Stoq. They are super speedy in getting back to you and fixed any issues straight away. Sneha the customer service person went above and beyond and fixed all buttons despite me not realising they were wrong. absolutely wonderful service

So far this is the best Pre-order app I have downloaded so far. All the integrations is excellent, and Anaam has been extremely helpful and prompt in orientating the Notify me button to where I wanted to. Highly recommended app!

This is hands down one of the best apps we are using. The app itself is very polished and effective. The support is even better. I would suggest to schedule a call with their sales team - ours was extremely helpful. They also offer extensive customization and are pleasant to deal with. I would certainly recommend the app and the support team behind it!

I downloaded the app and saw there was an issue with how it was appearing on my website. Within 2 minutes, someone from customer service jumped in to fix it directly on my website (and on a weekend nevertheless). I've never had such a quick response and the troubleshooting was flawless. STOQ is simply the top-notch product, with an easy UI for any level of business owners. Quick chat options with the support team can fix any issue. The app does what it is supposed to do: help businesses retain and recover more sales and orders that may have been lost. There are handful of apps that are deemed worthy and STOQ is the best one out there.
