App is great and working exactly as it should. As someone who is relatively new to Shopify, I had some trouble setting it up and getting it working on my own, but I spoke with a very helpful member of the help team called Khutheja who helped me out and got it up and running exactly as I wanted - thank you!

The UI was mostly intuitive and the app is very responsive. It was all very easy to set up within an hour (I couldn't find any detailed tutorial videos online so had to do a bit of trial and error). Customer support was excellent. They responded within a few minutes, understood what I was asking and helped me with all of my queries. Although my support ticket couldn't be resolved within a day (as they needed further assistance from team members), they followed up the next day and the handover between support members was seamless!

I have used this app on my store for a number of months and cannot recommend it enough. The degree of settings & flexibility is second to none to setup pre-orders exactly as I need. I've used the team's support a few times as well during initial setup and other tweaks and always receive an extremely fast response and the changes are implemented within minutes. Fantastic all around!

Speedy responses, quick fixes! I've use other pre-order apps at previous jobs and they have been so complicated, look rubbish and were very limited. This one worked immediately, and didn't look dreadful. I reached out to the team to see if they could do any formatting on the boxes and badges to alter it to look slightly better for me (I wouldnt have been bothered if this was not possible because the functionality of the app is great) and Khutheja sorted it for me right away. Thanks so much. I am only just setting up whilst my store is being built but plan to do lots of pre orders so am likely to upgrade!

Great support. I got immediate help when I have some questions and customer care was excellent. Unfortunatly many basic feature requires to upgrade pretty much straight away and for smaller shops you have directly a high cost.

STOQ is a must have for your store. It not only provides a great feature but it also recovers sales for you and should pay for itself. I've used this for my other store, and it was an immediate install on my new one that I'm starting. Support is friendly and easy to talk to, and FAST! Great app and great team behind it!
