Problem has Solved. Very Helpful male assistant. I don't know that Stoq is located at, but they responses really quick when I submit a message at GMT+9 18:30 in Japan.

This recovers a lot of sales for us. Very easy to install and low hanging fruit that produces a lot of lost revenue. Highly recommend!

Shashi from Stoq were excellent . He led me though a number of issues related to product notifications . It was easy to address the gaps in my set up for preorders and back in stock notification, he was very quick, he solved more than 4 issues for me in unde r30 minutes. my pages looked really good. Anaam, gave us personalised attention and helped us remotely install the app, making sure it works well with other apps and template. We had minor bugs that were quickly fixed using the app chat by Sneha and also Nagaraj that helped us with the mobile version. We made some testings and so far is working well and allowing us to create preorders smoothly on our store

Super clean and intuitive app and the customer support experience is second to none. I've never had to wait, to get help from an agent, and they are all super savvy on how to best use their tool. It is rather pricey if you need the standard features but they often have deals that they post.

This does exactly what I needed it to do, and also is able to mark only some product variants as pre order rather than all variants, which I wasn't able to achieve before. Customer service was instant, and very helpful. I would highly recommend.
