We had a big product launch coming up and needed a way to seamlessly enable preorders when we sold out. The app worked perfectly, it was easy to set up, and everything functioned exactly as advertised. What really stood out was the excellent customer support. We had a few questions and tweaks (including customizing the button style and adding preorder functionality to our homepage), and the support team was absolutely phenomenal. Fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. As a small business owner, I can’t recommend this app enough. If you’re looking for a reliable preorder solution with excellent customer service, this is it. An easy 5/5!

I had issues when setting up the app at first because I wanted the notify me button to be positioned a certain way, thankfully Nagaraj was able to help me not once, but on two of my websites at the same time! Great customer service.

Great app and great support! I previously used Appikon Back-in-Stock app but after it randomly stopped working for 3 months and they support was extremely unhelpful and blamed us, we decided to look elsewhere and Stoq is so much better - the customization was a breeze to match our theme and the fact that it's integrated admin app makes it so much easier to use it daily.
