This app was very easy to set up and ready to use. The customer service chat is also very useful when there's an issue.

I did quite abit of research before pulling the trigger on this app. I have to say , im impressed. It was quite easy to setup and we have 1000+ skus. This enabled us to manage backorder , communicate with the clients and even grea reporting features. To date, i've reached out to support a handful of times and get immediate , professional and helpful service. I strongly recommend this app to anyone looking to grow thier busniess and manage reservaton for out of stock products.

He tenido un problema de configuración y mi asistente, Nagaraj , me ha hecho el día. Super amable y dispuesto, me reconfigurado todo y no puedo estar mas agradecida. Y para mi era muy importante porque sin esta app no podría hacer un seguimiento de los productos agotados y que aun tienen demanda. Totalmente recomendada!

l'app funziona c'e stato bisogno di mettere apposto la posizione del pulsante, e un po' limitativo con 30 email al mese ma con 8 euro al mese puoi averne fino a 1000 al mese, sara un buon investimento per iniziare a vendere su shopify.

Just installed the app, and initially, the pre-order button wasn’t showing on desktop. The support team fixed it quickly, and now it works perfectly. For an app with a free plan, the level of customer service is impressive. The app itself is great so far—easy to navigate, with a user-friendly dashboard and fair pricing. Most likely upgrading for better customization!
