I just want to give a big shout-out to Nagaraj from Stoq. He was incredibly helpful from the start. Before I even had a chance to ask, he had already fixed the bugs I was running into. Thanks to his quick actions and technical skills, I was able to move forward right away.

App is great and working exactly as it should. As someone who is relatively new to Shopify, I had some trouble setting it up and getting it working on my own, but I spoke with a very helpful member of the help team called Khutheja who helped me out and got it up and running exactly as I wanted - thank you!

The UI was mostly intuitive and the app is very responsive. It was all very easy to set up within an hour (I couldn't find any detailed tutorial videos online so had to do a bit of trial and error). Customer support was excellent. They responded within a few minutes, understood what I was asking and helped me with all of my queries. Although my support ticket couldn't be resolved within a day (as they needed further assistance from team members), they followed up the next day and the handover between support members was seamless!
