I was loooking for a pre-order app for my store and downloaded the Stoq app to see how it was. It was super easy to set up, but i did have a problem getting the Pre-Order button to show. There is a button for support and within 1 minute Shashi was in contact. He went onto my store and fixed the problem (and redesigned the look) within 5 minutes. It is amazing to have such quick support and i am only on the free plan at the moment, but look forward to upgrading when the store becomes busier. Thanks

The app delivers exactly as promised, and the support team is highly responsive. Works very well. Some settings are not so intuitive, but staff are seem to be always on hand o help, and are exceptionally helpful. Highly recommended.
