I just tried to load my first pre order item online and was struggling to get it to work. Vishu managed to chat with me online and guide me through the mistakes i had made. Was easy to fix and he was incredibly helpful Thank you

I had a problem with my preorders not working correctly with free shipping and had Sneha fix the issue very quickly. I have to say that the service is fantastic and also it is an amazing app, highly recommend
