It was so quick and comfortable to set everything! And especially, the supporter was helping me a lot adjusting and customizing the function. She was so quick to answer and edit everything I requested:) I super recommend this app!

Um es im Shop zu integrieren kann man einfach unkompliziert dem Support Team schreiben sie sind 24/7 erreichbar. Hat geklappt und sieht super aus. Vielen Dank für den exzellenten und freundlichen Service! =)

Stoq has been great to work with! While I haven’t had the chance to fully dive into using it yet, their support during setup has been incredible. So far using this app has been great. My store has sold out of items and I wanted to see if people would purchase with the presale feature, and I have already made over $1000 in presales in the first day! Sneha was also very helpful when I had some questions.

I installed Stoq to help power my pre-launch pre-order items. this was so easy to use. the support team is also available 24/7 and within six hours of downloading, i've reached out twice. they're so skilled at help and not like traditional support lines. The product is really amazing and the team really takes it over the top. As a merchant, the pricing is extremely favorable. There are no additional transaction fees as long as you stay within your order limit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Only been a customer for about an hour, so early days, but hit a wall in set up (am not very tech savvy) and Vishu on the chat was a superstar. Help arrived quickly, and he sorted my problem out straightaway. And it's Sunday night. Feel like these guys have got my back. Thank you!

We haven't had the opportunity to test the app yet but where Customer Support is concerned this has been the best experience we have had with any App! We even received support to install the app over the weekend which really wasn't a service I was expecting. When installing the App there are options where to place the buttons and what the final page should look like and although you cannot do it yourself the support has been provided in real-time through a messaging app. 5 Star Customer Service
