Just starting to explore the app today, but the customer service was there right away to help me get over my first hurdle and re-styled a button for me so it would work with my theme better. I would have been stuck at that stage otherwise!

Excellent support and quick resolution We had some issues with how the preorder functionality was displaying on our storefront, and the team was incredibly helpful. Support responded promptly and worked with me to resolve everything really quickly. It’s rare to find such fast and effective customer service. Highly recommend this app if you’re managing preorders, the team behind it genuinely cares!

This is one of the best apps we’ve discovered recently. The preorder feature is exactly what we needed. Installation was seamless, and any theme-integration hiccups were resolved within minutes—or a few hours at most—by their fantastic support team. Highly recommended!
